At Aydah's Reading Retreat Store, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and that your items arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle the shipping and delivery of your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • For custom-made products (such as personalized journals and pillows), please allow an additional 3-7 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping carriers charge based on the weight and size of the package.   Heavier and larger packages cost more to ship.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-4 business days
     Expedited shipping is more expensive than standard shipping due to   faster delivery time, use of air transportation, and prioritization by carrier.   Charge is based on weight and size of package
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 10-21 business days for international orders.

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs processing for international shipments, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied once the package reaches its destination. Aydah's Reading Retreat Store is not responsible for these charges.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, returns are not accepted for custom-made products, including personalized journals and pillows.

Lost or Damaged Items
